Southside Blooms is thrilled to announce the Flowers That Empower Community Grant Program, designed to empower local initiatives and cultivate positive change within our community. We believe in the power of collaboration and are dedicated to supporting projects that align with empowering their communities.

Eligibility

This program is open to non-profit organizations within the Chicagoland area that are legally registered with the state of Illinois and are in good standing.

Individuals residing within Chicagoland may apply in partnership or on behalf of a qualified non-profit organization.
Application Selection
Selection Criteria:
All applications will be reviewed based on the following criteria:
- Community Impact : How will the event benefit the community? (20% weightage)
- Requested Florals : Are the florals requested for this event simple and appropriate for the event type? (20% weightage)
- Community Engagement : Is the event able to demonstrate significant community engagement by getting a large number of votes for it? (60% weightage)

In-Kind Donation & How It Can Be Used:
Transform your event with our floral in-kind donation, tailored to add a touch of nature’s elegance. Utilize these blooms to create an atmosphere of growth and community.
The winners will receive an in-kind donation of the requested flowers for their event. The in-kind donation is limited to the use of that event.
The winners agree to share Southside Blooms as an official sponsor on all promotional and marketing materials.
The winners are limited to 2 revisions to their requested florals for their event.
