  • The flowers are delivered in a damaged or wilted condition due to mishandling.
  • There was an oversight on our part during the fulfillment of your order.
  1. Notification Period Due to the perishable nature of our products, please report any concerns within 24 hours of delivery to initiate a refund or replacement request.

  2. Procedure for Notification To facilitate a prompt resolution.

  • We encourage customers to provide photos of the issue to support their request.
  1. Resolution Options Upon evaluation of the situation, we are pleased to offer:
  • Replacement: Resend the equivalent bouquet as per the original order specifications.

  1. Non-Qualifying Products Items that have been personalized or customized are not eligible for a refund or replacement, except in cases where there is a non-conformity or error on our part.

  2. Refund/Replacement Conditions To process a refund or replacement, the product must meet the following conditions:
  • Flowers must be retained in their original condition and packaging.
  • The flowers should not be unduly altered or damaged post-delivery by the recipient.
