Congratulations on your engagement!
Southside Blooms is a full service, non profit farm-to-vase wedding and event florist. We transform abandoned lots into organic, solar powered flower farms so your wedding flowers go right from seed to bouquet. We employ at-risk youths and young adults from some of Chicago’s toughest neighborhoods and teach them how to grow, harvest and design with flowers. This gives them a viable career path in the floral and event industry.
Our clients choose us because they want their wedding flowers to be ethically and sustainably sourced, have a minimal carbon footprint and have their money go right back into their community.
We offer full service event design from our veteran design team and our youth is involved every step of the way. We are so grateful to our wedding clients for helping us grow our mission.

Our Process
Our team is here every step of the way. We’ll first check our availability for your date and then you’ll be connected with a Lead Designer from our Events Team.
We have no minimum spend requirement for our services, so whether you need one bouquet or a full scale production, we’ve got you.

Initial Design Consultation
Schedule a virtual or in person design consultation with our Lead Design Team.
02.
Proposal + Styling
Within 5-7 days, you’ll receive an itemized proposal and mood board for your review.
03.
Retainer + Details Meeting
Submit your 25% retainer payment and from there we’ll set up our design + details meeting.
