Refund and Replacement Policy

1. Refund and Replacement Eligibility:

  • The flowers received are significantly different from the product description and images on our website.
  • The flowers arrived damaged or wilted due to mishandling during delivery.
  • There was an error on our part in fulfilling the order.

2. Refund and Replacement Timeframe:

Customers must notify us of any issues within 24 hours of receiving the flowers. This timeframe is crucial due to the perishable nature of flowers.

 

3. Notifying Us:

To request a refund or replacement, customers should contact our customer service team through our designated communication channels (via our email or via our contact us page). It is helpful if customers can provide photographs of the flowers to help us understand the issue.

 

4. Available Options:

Based on the nature of the issue and the customer’s preference, we offer two options:

 

  • Replacement: We can send a new bouquet of flowers that match the original order.

 

  • Refund: We can process a refund for the cost of the flowers.

 

5. Non-Refundable and Non-Replacement Items:

Personalized or custom arrangements may not be eligible for refunds or replacements unless there’s a defect or error on our part.

 

6. Conditions for Refund or Replacement:

For a refund or replacement to be processed, the following conditions must be met:

  • The flowers must be in their original packaging.
  • The flowers must not have been excessively tampered with or damaged by the customer.

7. Refund Processing Time:

Refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days from the date the refund is approved. The time it takes for the refunded amount to appear in the customer’s account may vary based on their bank or payment method.
